Founded in 2019 by Big 4 alumni, BUST Advisory was created to bring senior-level advisory expertise to financial institutions navigating complex transformation — without the overhead of a large consultancy.
Our Story
In 2019, four senior consultants who had spent years at EY and Deloitte decided to build something different — a firm that combined deep financial services expertise with genuine delivery capability and the agility to act like a partner, not a vendor.
Today, BUST Advisory is a team of 15+ professionals covering the full transformation landscape: core systems, process engineering, automation, data and program management. We have delivered programs in insurance and banking across 8 countries, and our work has touched some of the most complex operational transformations in Central European financial services.
